Upload a downloaded Tesla wrap using the mobile app

This guide starts after you have chosen a design. The website supplies a file; you perform the vehicle upload yourself. Signing in here does not give us access to your Tesla account.

Save the actual download

Use the download action on the artwork detail page and save the original PNG somewhere easy to find. Avoid screenshots, thumbnail downloads and messaging apps that compress images. Keep a small folder for your vehicle so similar-looking files do not become mixed up.

Open the upload flow

Tesla documents Creations → Wrap → Upload in app version 4.59.0 or later. Select the intended vehicle, then locate your PNG in the file picker. Labels may differ by interface language. Buying the artwork again will not restore a missing app feature.

Inspect the applied result

• Check the main artwork on both doors.
• Look for unexpected shapes at the front and rear.
• Check whether text is reversed or split across a seam.

A flat preview helps you examine the design, but it cannot replace this final check. Keep the original file and record which panel looks wrong before contacting the creator.

If the file is missing

Confirm that the download finished in your phone's file manager. Seeing an image in the browser does not mean it was saved locally. Move it to a location accessible to the file picker if necessary. A missing upload entry and a rejected file need different investigations.
